Fair Fees – no costly shareholders to please
We are an independent agency that is self-financed. We have no shareholders to please and no sleeping partners or factoring companies to pay.   We are therefore able to charge modest fees and use our profits to grow and develop the business.  We discuss our fees openly with our contractors and clients; this transparency creates trust and confidence.
 

Referencing our work-seekers to make sure we supply the best
References help us to differentiate between the less than satisfactory, the satisfactory, the good and the excellent candidate. Written references often provide bland information so we have developed a unique verbal referencing procedure, which helps us to identify and supply the best.

Work-seekers are attracted to those agencies who supply the broadest choice of clients. Supplying consistently good candidates has been the key to our success with all our clients, whether large or small. 
 

Candidate Database
Advertising and website renewal has helped to grow our candidate database, however, most of our success has come purely from recommendation.

Recommendation provides opportunities for personal service, the registration of the very best candidates as well as providing the most pleasing tangible evidence to our recruitment consultants that they are delivering a first class professional service.  Although the internet is valuable and useful we take care not to be over dependent on such a tool as it can lead to lazy recruitment practices and diminish personal service.

Staff retention has been important to the success of our business.  In 2012 75% of our Recruitment Consultants had each been with us for more than 11 years. As a consequence we have some of the longest serving and experienced staff in the business.  This ensures that both the Client and the Candidate can develop long term relationships and have intimate knowledge of their engineering sector.
