- We are working with a West Sussex based client who are seeking a General Foreman to join their team.
Candidates will be responsible for the delivery of construction works safely, within budget and on time.
Our client requires solid experience as a General Foreman working on civil engineering projects. As well as an SMSTS, CSCS Black and First-Aid
Key Responsibilities- Participate in creating a knowingly safe working environment
- Day to day management of site based construction works
- Responsible for effective coordination of resources working on the project
- Ensure temporary and permanent works are delivered in accordance with the design
- Assist in planning and programming with site engineering teams
- Participate in site discipline meetings to aid effective coordination and delivery of the works
- Deliver tool box talks and 10 minute briefings
- Supervise subcontractors to ensure quality and ‘right first time approach’
- Record and update site diaries
