- Description
- A design and build contractor are currently looking to strengthen their site team with a Site Manager.
The ideally candidate will be from a Civil background and have a good understanding of M&E processes.
Previous Water/Waste Water treatment is a necessity for this role and will require travel to various sites around Scotland.
Responsibilities will include:- Reporting directly to the Project Manager
- Co-ordinating and controlling the construction activities ensuring the project rungs to schedule and budget
- Management of site activities which will include supervising and monitoring the site operations on site
- Ensuring all cost aspects are managed efficiently
What experience do you need?- Valid SMSTS
- CSCS card
- Previous experience within the water/waste water industry is essential to be considered for this role
- Civil background
- Good understanding of M&E processes
- Relevant Engineering/Project Management related qualification
- Flexible in travelling to various sites around the Scotland area
