- Description
- We are currently working alongside side a leading client within the water industry who are actively recruiting for a Programme Manager to join their team.
This is a permanent position with a competitive yet attractive salary package on offer.
Our client has recently introduced an agile working policy allowing flexibility working from home and within the office.
The Role- Overall responsibility for the programmes
- Establishing and delivering projects to the strategic programme
- Proactively engage and manage the leads to ensure the timely delivery of the project to the programme and budget
- Co-ordinating disciplines in the programme
- Attending Chair meetings on a monthly basis to understand progress of the programme
- Managing the overall programme
- Being responsible for managing the resources across
- Responsible for making key strategic decisions
The Candidate- Previous experience and knowledge of water industry processes is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven background of leading a team
- Financially literate
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
