- Our client, a leading design and build contractor is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their busy and growing team.
The ideal candidate will have a background working within the Water industry but other similar process lead industries are also welcome to apply.
We are open to receiving applicants that we both seeking contract or permanent position.
An independent assessment on the IR35 status for this role will be carried out.
Duties will include:- Quantity surveying duties, managing multiple projects and packages
- Liaising with the Managing QS and sub-contractors – keeping a check of early warnings to manage change control.
- Prepare and enquiries, orders, payments, sub-contract administration and accounts
- Preparation of project cost & reports, budgets, forecasts and ensuring records are updated and maintained.
This position is offering ‘hybrid’ working. Ideally you’ll be in the work environment (office/site) 2 days per week with the option to work the remainder of the week working remotely if desired/ appropriate for the workload.
