- Description
- At alexander associates we are currently recruiting for one of our clients for an Civil project manager to work on a new reservoir project to the value of excess £100 million.
Preferably the ideal candidate will have experience of project management and a good knowledge of NEC4 contracts and CDM principles. They will be required to be Educated to Degree level or equivalent.
Previous experience with working in the water industry is ideal however other similar process lead industries are also welcome to apply.
Duties- - Ensure accurate budget management, forecasting, and reporting.
- - Ensuring all projects meet the quality specification delivered by the company and are delivered to the program.
- - Managing key stakeholder relationships including Portsmouth Water internal departments, Regulators, Contractors and Supply chain.
- Working with stakeholders to promote effective contract management.
The candidate- - Hold a full UK driving license.
- - Have the ability to negotiate at the highest levels of contractors and suppliers
- - Ability to manage multiple work streams.
