Alexander Associates are seeking a Lead Construction Engineer for our client, a provider to the Water Industry. Specialising in Clean Water, this company is working to innovate Water Supply solutions whilst collaborating with the local community. By investing over £400 million into new innovations and resources during the 2020-2025 period, our client is a leader in Water Services.
They are looking for an experienced Construction Engineer to lead a team, coordinating with all Design and Project teams. Alternatively, a Senior Civil Engineer who is looking to take a step up to Lead Construction Engineer.
The position of Lead Construction Engineer covers the design both above and below ground assets on Clean Water sites whilst coordinating between Design and Project Teams alike.
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Liaise with all relevant teams within the company
- Engage with contractors
- Interpret design and design proposals to ensure a streamlined approach.
- Oversee design reviews.
The successful Lead Construction Engineer will:
- Hold a relevant Civil Engineering qualification
- Be a proven Civil Engineer/ Construction Engineer
- Have a background in Water Engineering
- Experience on Clean Water Projects
- Have Right to Work in the UK.
