Alexander Associates are working with a leading global engineering consultancy looking for a Senior Structural Engineer. They specialise in complex structures, the built environment and are established in a wide variety of landmark projects. This company offer exceptional opportunities for career progression whilst working on challenging and exciting projects both locally and internationally.
Key Duties:
- Produce detailed design and design checking.
- Establish new clients.
- Ensure client requirements are firmly understood by all company personnel working on projects.
- Collaborate with Project Directors to develop design philosophy.
- Prepare preliminary designs for approval by a Director.
- Assist Project Directors with fee proposal developments.
- Aid in the training and guidance of all engineers under their direction.
Required Qualifications and Memberships:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
- Design and Design Development (5 years)
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant Engineering Experience (8 years)
- Chartered Member of IStructE or ICE (Or close to)
