Document Controller

I'm actively looking for an experienced Document Controller with experience working on rail projects, working alongside a great consultancy looking to expand their project team, initially focusing on the HS2 temporary works Frameworks.

We are actively recruiting for a consultancy who is happy for someone to work in either two of these offices. They have one office based in Surrey and one based in Hertfordshire. Flexibility to work in either office is desirable if you are commutable from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organise incoming documents, ensuring proper storage, and distributing them to the suitable team
• Maintain compliance with client requirements
• Issue documentation to clients using specified systems
• Manage document control workload

Essential Skills:

• Proficient using Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience working with document control systems such as Project Wise, ASITE, BIW, or 4projects
• Industry-specific technical knowledge, including an understanding of industry terminology, policies, and processes
