A Tier 1 Design & Build Contractor are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Planning Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving strategic planning initiatives and overseeing project execution within the water industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to the advancement of sustainable water management practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for water management projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
Minimise company risk by identifying the critical path for contracts.
Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, regulatory agencies, and subcontractors.
Detailed knowledge of the NEC contract and programme requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in water resource management.
Essential
- Experience in the water/wastewater industry
Civil Engineering or M&E or Building experience
